Cowen Group, a $4.1mil, 22,000SF space in SF; ABS-CBN a 40,000SF Television Production Studio and Office Space.  Most recently 
completed a $21mil 108,000SF space in San Mateo, CA for OpenText. 
 
Principal Builders, Inc.    Project Manager from January 2013 to April 2015    San Francisco, CA 
Managed projects including: Meraki Headquarters, a 100,000SF in San Francisco with a contract value of $14 million and duration of 
3 months; Bryan Cave LLP, a $1.2mil, 20,000SF space at 560 Mission St. in SF;  and Watson Court Clinic in Palo Alto, a 31,000SF 
OSHPD 3 Medical Clinic for Stanford Hospitals and Clinics and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.  The clinic serves an existing Eye 
Institute, and new Hearing Center and ENT clinic.

Managed multiple scopes of work for the Highland Hospital SAT project in Oakland, CA a specialty subcontract for $15mil with Clark 
Construction.  Tracked labor costs and contingencies as well as long lead items for execution on schedule and under budget.  
Operated as leader of Business Process Optimization Team to solicit field efficiency ideas and create individual growth opportunities. 

ISEC, Inc.  Project Engineer April 2006 to September 2012   Sacramento, CA 
Managed numerous commercial projects including the Kaiser Vacaville Medical Center ($2.7mil), UC Davis Health & Wellness Center 
in Davis ($1.2mil), H. Allen Hight Learning Center in Sacramento ($1.3mil), Folsom Lake CC Visual and Performing Arts Center 
($3.9mil), John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek ($16.9mil), UC Berkeley Anna Head Student Housing Complex ($1.9mil), 
California Memorial Stadium ($1.7mil), and Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland ($3.3mil).  Managed project job costs, 
customer billings, schedules, QC’d shop drawings, processed pricing for change orders and RFIs.  Executed multiple subcontracts 
between $250k to $3.9mil under budget with excellent profit margins.
